Great location near Le Marais, Bastille,Oberkampf trendy areas, close to Le Bataclan and Satellit Cafe scenes, very nice markets on Blvd Richard Lenoir 4 times a week, Canal St Martin, etc...

Close to St Ambroise metro station (line 9) and not far from Richard Lenoir metro station (line 5, just a few stations away from gare d'Austerlitz and RER C running along the Left Bank, then all the way to Versailles or Porte Maillot

THE APARTMENT

Spacious furnished 1 BR apartment with charming wooden floor and decor

The kitchen corner offers a gas stove, a freezer, a refrigerator, a micro-wave, a double sink, cupboards and kitchenware/tableware

In the living room the sofa is a sofa-bed, for occasional use.

Please note the bathroom (equipped with a washing machine) is being repainted in February, therefore we shall add pictures of it as soon as renovation is over

AVAILABILITY AND RATES

Available as a sublet from mid-March to mid-June 2010,

if possible for 1 renter only for the whole period available, or nearly.

Rates

Long term :

for at least 3 months, the monthly rent+utilities would be 1,450 €

Additional costs would include

- provision for electricity (60 € per month),

- telecommunication base service flat rate (50€, Orange Livebox offering high speed access to Internet + TV services + limited international telephone services ), services possibly used beyond the flat rate base service being charged in addition

- renter's insurance premium (average about 15 euros per month)
- mandatory maid service (2 x 2.5 hours per month at 11 euros per hour = 55 euros per month)

- reasonable broker's fee depending on length of stay
